When I went into the store I knew exactly what I was looking for because the nice salesman at the Brentwood office had sent me over. The salesman was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Proud to say I lift with the scooter I wanted in less than thirty minutes. I highly recommend All Star Medical in Hermitage

We came in to just consider a scooter and the help we got gave us so much great information. There was no pressure. We left and considered our options. Came back three months later and were able to easily choose what we wanted. We walked in with an idea and were able to leave that day with a scooter! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Very honest, very helpful, very kind.

Kevin Lee and the rest of the All Star Medical staff are phenomenal! Kevin gave me great service and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase decision. Kevin also follows up with me from time to time to ensure I am taking care of my scooter batteries when not in use.

I just bought my first mobility scooter here. Kevin and Trent were very knowledgeable, helpful, and had a great disposition. They were not pushy salesmen at all, and they were happy with letting me try different scooters. Since I had zero experience with this type of vehicle, Kevin's demonstrations and tips were very much appreciated. These guys did their best for me to be fully satisfied with my purchase. And I am!

I brought my husband’s scooter in. It was not working. Kevin came out to my car and diagnosed the problem and went back in to get things to fix it without even having to get it out of my car. It was extremely hot outside, but he worked until he had it fixed. I would definitely recommend All-Star!

I was originally looking for a place to rent a scooter for my mom for our out-of-town trip. A google search took me to All Star. When I walked into All Star I was surprised to see so many scooters, chairs, ramps and numerous items for sale.

I brought mom with me to return the rental and look around...thinking maybe we should purchase one.
The staff was experienced and helpful. They allowed us to test drive several scooters with zero pressure to purchase. Ultimately, we purchased a great compact scooter for mom and she has been zooming around town ever since!! Thank you Kevin!

I was looking for a scooter to rent on short notice, I came across All Star Medical website through a Google Search. I was able to secure a scooter rental from their website at a reasonable price. The day of pick up, every staff I came across was so helpful and informative. My dad enjoy our family vacation with assistance from this scooter. I will rent/buy from All Star Medical again, I also recommend them to anyone who is in need of medical equipment.

Everyone at Allstate Medical is extremely helpful and nice. They have helped me out, on very short notice, with repairs to my fathers scooter that could have left him without for days otherwise.
